• to reply to your enquiry and carry out your free page review;
• to prepare a quote and, if you hire me, to deliver and support your project;
• to send you messages related to your enquiry or project;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not send marketing messages without your permission.

I only share your information with services I need to run my business, for example:

• messaging platforms you contact me through (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email);
• the tools used to build your project, such as GoHighLevel, Framer or WordPress;
• professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it.

These providers may store data outside Malaysia. Where that happens, I use reputable providers that protect personal data with appropriate safeguards.

5. How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as needed to support your project and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, I delete or anonymise them.

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including using secure, access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but I work to keep your data protected.
