Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of cassyoungtech.com and to any services provided by CassYoungTech ("I", "me", "my"). By using this website or hiring me, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

I design and build landing pages and websites for service businesses, set up related forms and follow-up, and create AI presenter videos on request. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (a quote or proposal) before work starts. Anything not listed there is outside the scope.

2. Free page review

The free page review is a no-obligation assessment of your current page or offer. It is general advice based on the information you share, and you are under no obligation to hire me afterwards.

3. Quotes and payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your quote. Work starts once the deposit is received.
• Invoices are due by the date shown on them. I may pause work on overdue projects.
• Deposits secure your place in my schedule and cover work already started, so they are non-refundable unless your quote says otherwise.

4. Revisions and changes

Your quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope or revisions may be quoted and charged separately, and may change the timeline.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide the content, images, logins and feedback I need on time, so the project can stay on schedule.
• Make sure you own, or have permission to use, everything you give me (text, images, logos, testimonials).
• Pay for and keep active any third-party accounts your page needs, such as GoHighLevel, hosting or a domain.
• Make sure the claims and offers on your page are accurate and lawful.

6. Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final page design and the content created for you. I keep the right to reuse my general methods, know-how and non-client-specific components, and, unless you ask me not to, to show the finished work in my portfolio. Third-party tools, themes, fonts and stock assets remain under their own licences.

7. Third-party platforms

Pages are often built on platforms such as GoHighLevel, Framer or WordPress. I am not responsible for outages, changes, pricing or policies of those platforms, or for issues they cause after launch.

8. Results

I design every page to make it easy for the right people to take the next step, but I cannot guarantee specific results such as a number of leads, bookings or sales. These depend on many things outside my control, including your offer, audience and traffic.

9. Testing, launch and support

I test pages on phone and desktop before launch and hand over with a walkthrough. Fixes for issues caused by my work and reported within 14 days of launch are free. Later changes, new features or ongoing support can be quoted separately.

10. Cancellation

Either of us may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and I hand over the work that has been paid for.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project.

12. Use of this website

The content of this website is for general information. The concept projects shown are examples made for fictional brands. You may not copy or reuse the site's content or design without permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.

14. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you sign a quote applies to your project.
